Delete your Noctu account

In the app

1. Open the Profile tab and tap the settings icon.
2. Tap Delete profile & data.
3. Type DELETE and tap Delete profile.

It happens straight away, and you are signed out on every device.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app installed:

1. Email hello@noctuapp.in with the subject Delete my Noctu account.
2. Send it from the email address you sign in with, or include the phone number you sign in with.
3. We confirm it is your account, delete it within 7 days, and reply when it is done.

What is erased

• Your name, phone number, email address, date of birth, gender and area
• Your selfie, avatar and taste profile
• Your trusted contact, blocks you made, and your devices
• Every signed-in session: you are signed out everywhere

You leave every circle you are in.

What stays, anonymously

What you posted in a circle (messages and photos) and records of nights that already happened, so other members' chats and history stay intact. They are no longer linked to your name or contact details.
